Nourishing the Five Elements
April 10th – 16th, Rome, Italy
Discover an approach to living that is guided by nature. Learn how the Taoist system of the five elements can act as useful guide and support for daily modern life.
Many healing systems believe that the five elements govern everything in the universe, including our health. On this course we look through the lens of the Tao’s and Traditional Chinese Medicine to explore how the elements of water, wood, fire, earth and metal are interconnected to all aspects our life and wellbeing.
Each day of the course is themed to an element. The practices offered give the opportunity to experience how the five elements are connected to movement, food and nutrition, connection to nature, mood, emotions, thought patterns and how we relate to others.
