The Holistic Kitchen Team between us, have spent time in commercial kitchens, taken many courses, read a whole lot of books, got swept up in the trends and experimented with all the weird foods. This has led us to examine closely our own relationships with food and our own health pictures. Our biggest lesson in it all has been that the answer lies within.
